The first ten Digital Shoestring kits have arrived from IFM Cambridge to make digital manufacturing more accessible in Western Australia!

It’s not every day we get a delivery from Cambridge University! 📦

Peter, Gary, and Jess set up our first Digital Shoestring kit – a simple temperature monitoring solution that can slot into a production process & help a local business ensure their operation is operating in the Goldilocks zone – just right! 🌡

What is Digital Shoestring? A great new initiative from DPIRD to help Western Australian food and beverage businesses implement their very own digital manufacturing solutions without blowing the budget.

Designed by IFM Cambridge, these kits are available for only a few hundred dollars each and are simple enough to be set up and operated by existing employees.

We’re proud to be a local engineering partner to this great project, and we’re excited to help local manufacturers take advantage of this bargain opportunity to upgrade their operations.
